Abstract:Based on "CMADaaS",the article compares the differences between comprehensive identification data of weather phenomena and manual observation data, pointing out the impact of different observation methods on the observational data. The results show that the comprehensive identification data of frost, icing, and dew are relatively good, consistent with the temporal variation characteristics and spatial distribution characteristics of manual observation data;the comprehensive identification data of frost and dew are generally higher than manual observation data, while the comprehensive identification data of icing occurs less frequently than manual observation data;the comprehensive identification data of snow cover are poor, and the snow cover phenomenon in the comprehensive identification data is credible, but the missed identification rate is very high, almost 100%.Due to the small sample size,it is difficult to evaluate rime and glaze.Through analysis, the comprehensive identification data of frost, icing, and dew are relatively good. They can not only compensate for the defect of easy omissions in manual observation during the night, but also have greater objectivity and more credible data quality compared to manual observation data. Moreover, the comprehensive identification data are hourly, with high data density and higher application value.
